What Youll Do

Data Integrity: Conduct data entry organize client files and reports and assist in administrative tasks as needed.

Market Research: Assist financial advisors and wealth managers in conducting market research and analysis for investment opportunities.

Portfolio Support: Support the preparation of client presentations client account documentation reports and investment proposals.

Professional Shadowing: Shadow experienced professionals to gain insights into client meetings and wealth management strategies.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the technology and asset management teams to ensure accuracy of data maintain client portfolios and perform portfolio reviews.

Compensation & Schedule: This is a paid internship at $18 per hour with an expected commitment of 3540 hours per week.

Requirements

Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or a related field; High School diploma required.
Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with a strong emphasis on Excel; familiarity with financial research tools is a plus.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to team members.
Analytical Mindset: A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in data and financial reporting.
Drive: A self-starter with a genuine interest in financial markets and a willingness to learn from a fast-paced professional team.

Physical Requirements
