Job Summary

JOB TITLE: Accounts Payable Specialist I
PAY RANGE: $23 - $29 TYPE: Onsite
SEE WHAT WE DO: SUMMARY
Prototek is seeking an AP Specialist to support daily accounting operations including invoice processing vendor communication and reconciliation activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Process AP invoices receipts and supporting documentation
Assist with weekly check runs and payment posting
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Maintain accurate records and filing systems

REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma required
01 years of administrative or accounting experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
