Are you a skilled Plumber looking for a stable full-time position. 1st Lake Properties is adding a dedicated and experienced plumbing professional to our maintenance team!If youre ready to put your plumbing skills to work at portfolio of apartment communities we want to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform plumbing repairs and installations in apartments and common areas
- Troubleshoot and resolve leaks clogs and other plumbing issues
- Maintain water heaters fixtures and piping systems
- Work with the maintenance team to ensure resident satisfaction
- Respond to emergency plumbing issues as needed
Qualifications
- Experience in plumbing (residential or commercial) required
- Ability to diagnose and repair plumbing issues efficiently
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Must have reliable transportation and basic tools
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes a plus
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
