Journeyman Plumber Residential Service

Position Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Journeyman Plumber to diagnose residential plumbing issues and present clear repair and replacement options to homeowners. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who values quality workmanship customer service and teamwork.

What Youll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues

• Perform routine maintenance and service calls

• Install repair and maintain plumbing systems

• Read blueprints and ensure all work meets local code requirements

• Communicate findings solutions and pricing clearly with homeowners

• Present repair and replacement options in a professional consultative manner

• Complete job documentation invoicing and payments using ServiceTitan

• Collect payments and close out service calls accurately

• Guide or oversee apprentices as needed

• Attend weekly team and training meetings

What Youll Bring

• Current Journeyman Plumber License

• Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations

• Proven ability to troubleshoot repair and install residential plumbing systems

• Excellent communication and customerservice skills

• Commitment to safety quality workmanship and professionalism

• Valid drivers license

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Standing walking bending and kneeling for extended periods

• Pushing pulling and lifting 50 lbs.

• Use of hand and power tools and required protective equipment

• Working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions

• Occasional work in confined spaces such as crawl spaces

• Exposure to standard residential jobsite hazards
