Job Summary
Skillset: PeopleSoft Admin
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have (Ideally should not be more than 3-5)
Strong expertise on PeopleTools 8.5x
Must have recent hands-on experience with PeopleTools / PeopleSoft HRMS upgrades
Strong knowledge of Update/Change Assistant and hands-on experience applying PeopleSoft maintenance and application/tools upgrades and PUM
Setup configure and maintain all PeopleSoft application environments and accompanying Oracle databases in accordance with industry best practices
Well versed in PeopleSoft migration activities
Extensive experience working with PeopleTools Application Designer Integration Broker Security Tree Manager PS Query Data Mover Import Manager Upgrade and Change Assistant in PeopleSoft application
High level Oracle Database Administration & configuring operating systems to support PeopleSoft Oracle databases
Experience with Windows/Linux/AIX OS server administration
Resolve application-related vulnerability findings
Understanding in OS-related activities like SFTP connectivity support application-specific tasks during OS/DB patching
Assist application team with infrastructure requirements
Good-to-Have
Flexible work timings
Participate in day-to-day aspects of project meetings like planning review and daily stand-ups
Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow
Must be able to work with Business Customers Line Managers Project Managers Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in a professional and collaborative manner to define strategies and implementation approaches.
