Position: OIT RelativityOne Migration Support
Client: Leidos
Location: Washington DC - Onsite

Job Description:
Provide the DOJ Office of Information Technology (OIT) with technical assistance and migration support to transition from various legacy applications used for processing Electronically Stored Information (ESI) review and discovery production into the cloud (RelativityOne).
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the planning and execution of migrations from legacy systems or on-prem eDiscovery platforms into RelativityOne (including data metadata and workspace content).
- Assist with technical migrations helping to map fields validate data imports and troubleshoot problems that arise during migration.
- Configure RelativityOne workspaces user permissions and workflows based on best practices or client requirements.
- Document migration processes and standard operating procedures for future use.
- Provide support and training to internal teams or clients on RelativityOne usage migration impacts and best practices.
- Work closely with project leads account teams and technical stakeholders to ensure milestones and quality standards are met.
- Identify technical or data issues early and escalate or resolve them to minimize migration risk.
Typical Qualifications:
- Technical experience with RelativityOne or related eDiscovery platforms.
- Relativity certifications (e.g. Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA)) are often preferred.
- Strong understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) processes.
- Experience with SQL scripting or data manipulation tools can be beneficial.
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical teams.
