Working Hours: 52 weeks per year - 35 hours per week on a rota basis including evening weekend and bank holiday shifts.

Salary: Starting Salary is 28598 (Level one) rising to 31022 (Level four) per annum (pro rata for part-time)
Location: Various sites predominantly based at Gedling Country Park.

About the Role
We are seeking a Commercial Chef Supervisor to manage the operations of the Café located at Gedling Country Park and to support our other commercial cafes and coffee shops. You will lead and supportthe team in producing varied and appealing menus while maintaining strong operational standards food safety compliance effective cost controls and providing a welcoming environment.
You will also be responsible for training new team members to meet high standards and staying updated on health and safety protocols. We are looking for individuals who possess extensive knowledge of food and beverage operations in addition to showcasing exemplary customer service and leadership abilities.
