This position serves as the lead for designing developing and delivering a high-quality portfolio of educational and training offerings for lifelong learners aged 50 ensuring alignment with OLLIs mission and the expectations of a highly engaged intellectually curious community. This role exists to provide structure consistency and innovation in course and instructor development by leading the identification vetting and support of instructors; mentoring and guiding volunteers; establishing standardized processes for course creation evaluation and training; and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless program delivery and effective marketing. By leveraging data best practices and strong relationships across USF and the broader community this position drives program quality member satisfaction and sustainable enrollment growth.
Salary: 55000 to 60000 annually

Minimum Qualifications:
This positions requires a Bachelors degree in Business Education Liberal Arts or a related field with a minimum of two years of experience or a Masters degree in education or a field of study related to the academic program.
Degree Equivalency Clause: Four years of direct experience for a bachelors degree.

Strong relationship-building communication and business development skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canvas Catalog (or similar tools). Reliable transportation and comfort working with adults 50 applying adult learning principles across multiple Tampa Bay course locations.
