RESPONSIBILITIES
As ourColorMakeup Development Assistant your focus isassistingthe Product Managers ondifferent tasks fromideating to developing new product innovations.
TRENDS SPOTTING & INSIGHTS
Produce analysis onmacro/microtrendsconsumerinsights markets feedback product mix of competitors
Translate the analysisinto innovation opportunities
MARKET & BUSINESS ANALYSIS
Track market shares and competitive launches.
Develop clear impactful reports to support strategic decision-making.
Analyze product mix pricing architecture and portfolio performance.
INNOVATION DEVELOPMENT
Support the product manager on packaging design and formula development working closely with R&D formula and packaging team
Ensure coordination with agencies & suppliers (artworksrenders etc.)
Co-createconcept designsin line with product benefits trends/consumer insights brand image &business priority.
Support the product managersintheir daily tasks including operational requests coming from markets & cross-functional departments
The team consists of1 Senior Product Manager & 1 Junior ProductManagerand youwill work closely together with several departments such asR&D (Packaging Formula Procurement LCM) Business Development & Operating Office will have the opportunity to work alongside dedicated professionals who value both excellence and humanity.

- Like team working collaboration comfortable with collaborators
- Be digital centric be aware of last make-up trends
-Previousexperience in marketing in the beauty sector is highly appreciated
- English is mandatory
