As a Business Development Representative you will play a critical role in driving new business growth across strategic accounts in France. This role is suited for an experienced BDR with a proven track record in outbound prospecting account engagement and pipeline creation within complex enterprise environments.

You will partner closely with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to execute targeted account-based strategies engage senior stakeholders and build a strong qualified pipeline aligned with regional growth objectives.

What Youll Do

  • Drive strategic outbound prospecting across enterprise and mid-market accounts using multi-channel approaches (calls email LinkedIn events and campaigns)

  • Conduct in-depth account and market research particularly within key industries (e.g. FSI) to identify high-value opportunities

  • Identify engage and build relationships with senior decision-makers and influencers

  • Partner closely with Account Executives to develop and execute account-based strategies and territory plans

  • Qualify inbound and marketing-generated leads converting them into high-quality sales opportunities

  • Clearly articulate the value of Genesys Cloud and CX solutions aligned to customer challenges and business outcomes

  • Leverage data insights and modern tools (e.g. AI Sales Navigator) to optimize outreach and engagement strategies

  • Consistently generate qualified pipeline aligned with regional revenue targets

  • Maintain accurate pipeline management activity tracking and reporting in Salesforce

  • Meet and exceed KPIs related to pipeline creation meetings and conversion rates

What You Bring

  • 35 years of experience in a BDR SDR or Inside Sales role within SaaS CX cloud or technology environments

  • Proven experience as an experienced BDR with strong outbound prospecting and pipeline generation results

  • Strong understanding of the French market

  • Demonstrated ability to engage mid- to senior-level stakeholders in complex organizations

  • Fluency in French and English languages

  • Strong business acumen curiosity and strategic thinking

  • Excellent communication organization and time-management skills

  • Experience with Salesforce LinkedIn Sales Navigator and modern sales engagement tools
