Berman Kia of Lincolnwood is looking to add Service Advisors to join our growing team!
Location: Berman Kia of Lincolnwood
Job Title: Service Advisor
Schedule: Full Time
Compensation: $125000 annually (commission position)

What Youll Do
- Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival
- Gather customer and vehicle information
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs
- Recommend maintenance based on vehicle age mileage and history
- Prepare accurate estimates for labor and parts
- Keep customers updated on repair status and timelines
- Clearly explain completed work and associated costs
- Coordinate service appointments and ensure timely completion
- Work closely with technicians parts staff and team members to ensure a smooth workflow
Qualifications :
- 1 year of Service Advisor experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and earn customer trust
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately document service needs and recommendations
- Proficient in computer systems and automotive service software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures is a plus
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record (minimum 3 years)
- Must be willing to submit to a background screening
