At Sana Commerce were looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Facility & Office Assistant to help create a welcoming well-organized and smoothly operating work environment at our Medellín office. Youll be the go-to person in the office from organizing events and lunches to keeping the space tidy well-stocked and ready to support our growing team.

What youll be doing:
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations keeping the workplace clean organized safe and welcoming.
- Support HR activities related to administrative documentation.
- Coordinate facilities and suppliers including maintenance repairs security and office supplies.
- Organize internal events and office activities such as team outings weekly lunches office gatherings and the End-of-Year celebration
- Oversee office administration and budgets including expense tracking small cash expenses reporting and cost control
- Serve as the go-to person for colleagues supporting day-to-day office needs and maintaining a welcoming service-oriented atmosphere
- Ensure compliance with office procedures health & safety guidelines and company standards
What youll bring:
- At least 2 years of experience in hospitality office support or a facilities-related role
- A hands-on proactive and organized mindset you love making things run smoothly
- Strong English communication skills at a business level (spoken and written)
- A degree in Facility Management Events Hospitality or a related field is a plus
- This role is based 100% on-site at our Medellín office as your presence helps create a welcoming and smoothly running workplace
