Key Responsibilities:
Risk and Trend Analysis: Proactively monitor and analyze operational data to identify emerging operational risks control deficiencies and areas of potential instability within the Workday environment and its integrations. This involves reviewing trends themes and tendencies in key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant operational metrics reported loss data and external regulatory or market events.
Strategic Communication and Advisory: Effectively synthesize complex technical and risk-related findings into clear concise and business-relevant insights. Communicate these learnings along with actionable recommendations for mitigation and process improvement to the Business Stakeholders HR leadership and IT partners to ensure informed decision-making and continuous operational resilience.
Design and Development: Lead the design development testing and deployment of robust scalable Workday solutions and integrations. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) during all phases of the system development lifecycle (SDLC).
Troubleshooting and Support: Provide Tier 3 operational support rapidly diagnosing and resolving complex issues related to Workday configurations integrations and performance.
Documentation and Governance: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including solution design documents integration specifications and standard operating procedures (SOPs) ensuring adherence to internal governance and compliance standards.
