Reporting to the Director of Patient Programs the Senior Program Manager willbe responsible forinspiring and leading a team of Program Managers in developing and executing patient support programs. The role will include direct oversight of a team of Program Managers and accountability for the delivery of patient care operational quality and partner satisfaction for those patient support programs. The role will require you to develop andmaintainstrong working relationships with partners and stakeholders. It will also require you to create collaborative networks internally and work cross- functionallywith all organizational departments.

Your Mission:

  • Delivery of Patient Support Programs:
  • Accountable for continuous process improvement and operational excellence of specific patient support programs and partnerportfolios;
  • Ensure delivery of programs to deliver targeted KPIs andmetrics;
  • Ensure operations are delivered in compliance with regulatory partner and qualityguidelines;
  • Coach and develop directreports;
  • Ensurestrong teamengagement across managed programs.
  • Co-create solutions with partners programmanagersand cross-functional units to enhance the patientjourney;
  • Support our partners success:
  • Support the resolution of client issues andconcerns;
  • Review and recommend action on changerequests;
  • Lead regular business reviews with our partners.
  • Provide support in RFPs contractnegotiationsand programlaunches;
  • Maintain and apply up-to-date knowledge on industrytrends;
  • Support the Director of Patient Programs in special projects / initiatives which may include planning resource allocation financialreviewsand implementation ofchange;
  • Responsibleto reportany patient safety information as per adverse event reporting requirements and product quality complaints reportingrequirements;
  • Review of accuracy of all invoices.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.

                                What You Bring to the Table:

                                • A Bachelors degree program and/or an equivalent combination of experience and education is required.
                                • Experience: o A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical related field.
                                • Skills: Exceptional project management skills with experience in organizing planning and executing projects from vision through implementation.
                                • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and use critical thinking. Proven customer relationship and/or account management skills with direct client interaction.
                                • English proficiency is required for this position to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
                                • Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.

                                Compensation:At BioScript your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and isdeterminedwithin a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of laborbenchmarks for each specific role level and geographic location.
