Were committed to delivering exceptional support to injured customers through CTP (Compulsory Third Party) Personal Injury Claims and were looking for dedicated individuals to join our team in Newcastle or Sydney.
Your New Role
As a CTP Claims Advisor youll be the trusted support for customers who have been injured in motor vehicle accidents. No two days look the same and youll play a pivotal role in guiding customers through their recovery journey with empathy clarity and confidence.
This role commences in May.
What Youll Be Doing
- Managing the daytoday responsibilities of a portfolio of claims including regular customer contact.
- Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders including healthcare providers.
- Gathering the right information to make informed timely decisions.
- Reviewing medical documentation and proactively approving treatment where appropriate.
- Delivering clear supportive decisions to customers throughout the life of their claim.
- Maintaining strong compliance to meet internal and external audit requirements.

- Experience in personal insurance or the broader insurance industry is desirable but not essential.
