What youll do

As a People Partner at AnglicareSA youll play a key role in enabling our Community Services workforce to thrive.

Youll work closely with operational leaders to build leadership capability support a positive employee experience and strengthen workforce strategy.

In this role youll have the autonomy and influence to shape workplace culture strengthen teams and drive meaningful change that improves lives across our community.

Youll be trusted to make a valuable impact by:

• Coaching leaders to build capability embed values and make data-driven decisions.
• Providing strategic and practical advice on complex employee relations matters.
• Partnering on workforce development strategies to uplift capability and foster growth.
• Leading and supporting change initiatives that enhance culture and operational effectiveness.
• Embedding inclusive evidence-based people practices that drive engagement and retention

What do you need to bring

To thrive in this role you will have:

• Experience in HR generalist or business partnering roles ideally in complex or regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations awards and Australian employment legislation.
• The ability to coach influence and build trust with stakeholders at all levels.
• A proactive resilient mindset and a commitment to values-based leadership.

We would also love you to have:

• Experience or interest in aged care health or community services
• A desire to work in a purpose-driven organisation with real local impact.
