On-Site Project Coordinator
Job Summary
SUMMARY
Provide support for scheduling logistics and daily operational activities. Assist with coordinating travel meals and other on-site needs while ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and professionally.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the scheduling of transportation from a hotel to the work site and back to hotel.
- Assist in the scheduling of transportation for meals.
- Assist in the weekly planning of transportation and meal schedule.
- Assist in the coordination for shopping trips off-site as needed.
- Assist in the coordination of any travel to Urgent Care.
- Provide emergency transportation if needed.
- Assist in the scheduling of hotel rooms as needed.
- Use a company credit card as needed for emergency purchases.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
None.
Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Two (2) years of college preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
WORK SCHEDULE
Full-time. May be required to work additional hours as needed to complete assignment or project.
TRAVEL
Potential for travel. When required employee will need to complete an MVR check.
DRIVING REQUIREMENTS
Must have or be able to attain a valid state drivers license and be insurable on the companys automobile insurance policy. Driving with or without accommodation may be required when traveling for training and/or short occasional amounts of local driving. The expected driving time is less than 25%.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is primarily performed in a professional office setting including the normal office equipment (e.g. computer fax machines copier) and with a wide variety of people in differing functions personalities and abilities.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Position consists of sitting for long periods of time standing walking bending stooping crouching and lifting up to 20 pounds. Frequently uses hands and fingers for manipulation of keyboard mouse office equipment and driving controls.
