Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients visitors and employees by carrying out site-specific procedures front desk protocols and/or emergency response activities as appropriate for the location.
• Monitor lobby and reception areas greet arriving guests verify identification and/or visitor authorization and help to support access control procedures for a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents unusual activity and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency services when needed.
• Answer phones manage visitor logs and deliveries and complete reports related to incidents access activity and other security-related matters.
• Help to deter unauthorized access maintain awareness of front desk activity and support a professional environment through strong communication and attention to detail.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
