Pay Rate: $21.93 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific policies assisting visitors and supporting security-related procedures for the location.
• Monitor lobby and reception activity verify visitor access permissions issue temporary credentials as appropriate and maintain accurate front desk records.
• Answer phones greet employees guests and vendors and communicate clearly with building management and/or emergency contacts regarding security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and report observations according to site protocols.
• Support Allied Universal standards by helping to deter unauthorized access monitoring entry points and maintaining a professional presence at the front desk.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
