Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and reliable Remote Scheduler to coordinate appointments property showings and meetings for our real estate team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth communication between clients agents and internal staff. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented tech-savvy and able to manage multiple schedules efficiently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm property showings client meetings and agent appointments
- Coordinate calendars for multiple real estate agents and team members
- Communicate with clients via phone email and messaging platforms
- Send reminders and follow-ups to reduce missed appointments
- Update scheduling systems and CRM tools with accurate information
- Handle rescheduling cancellations and urgent scheduling conflicts
- Maintain records of appointments and client interactions
- Collaborate with agents transaction coordinators and administrative staff
- Ensure all appointments align with availability and business priorities
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors preferred)
- Previous experience in scheduling customer service or administrative roles
- Experience in real estate or property management is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Proficiency with scheduling tools CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
