Job Duties and Responsibilities: Provides oversight and coordination of the institutions faculty activity reporting system and related workflow management processes. Collaborates closely with Information Technology (IT) the Office of Institutional Analysis (OIA) and the Office of the Vice President for Research (VPR) to ensure system functionality alignment with institutional priorities and continuous improvement. Works directly with faculty and college liaisons to maintain accurate and current records within the faculty activity reporting system and coordinates interface content between the system and the Expertise Portal (EP).

Convenes and maintains a representative advisory group composed of stakeholders from IT OIA the Office of the VPR and faculty to guide system enhancements and institutional alignment. Serves as the primary liaison among OIA the Office of the VPR and the Provosts Office on matters related to the faculty activity reporting system and associated workflows. Interfaces directly with the system vendor to address institutional needs enhancements and operational issues.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:
Associates Degree 4 years of relevant experience or a Bachelors degree 2 years of relevant experience.
