Job Summary (List Format) Senior Data Product & Governance Specialist
- Serve as a bridge between technical data engineering and enterprise strategy by developing validating and maintaining analytical assets (datasets metrics models).
- Implement and oversee sophisticated data and AI governance frameworks to ensure compliance risk management and ethical standards.
- Manage enterprise metadata and catalog platforms ensuring automated lineage and consistency across cloud and ERP environments.
- Establish and monitor rigorous data quality standards access controls and model risk oversight for trusted analytical outputs.
- Document and maintain comprehensive metadata and interpretability information to promote transparency and explainability for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to integrate data assets into operational workflows and continuously improve integration processes.
- Translate complex business requirements into structured metadata and analytics standards.
- Apply strong analytical and diagnostic skills to identify issues and drive actionable process improvements.
- Leverage knowledge of AI governance ethics and model validation concepts (preferred).
- Requires a Bachelors degree in a relevant technical field and 2 4 years experience in data analytics or AI roles with a focus on governance or metadata management.
