• Lead a 2-person crew in power washing homes and commercial buildings
  
  
• Operate best-in-class equipmentcleaning up to 5 stories safely from the ground
  
  
• Set up job sites oversee safety and quality and manage daily workflow
  
  
• Communicate directly with customers before during and after jobs
  
  
• Handle on-site upselling and service add-ons (e.g. Driveways Decks roof wash etc.)
  
  
• Train and guide the second crew member
  
  

• Front of the Line for Promotion: As we grow to multiple trucks youll be first in line for Location Manager or Sales Leader roles
  
  
• Top Equipment: Our tools clean 34x faster so you lead with results
  
  
• Leadership Role: Manage a small crew own customer interactions and make key decisions
  
  
• Overtime & Flexibility: Full-time work with time-and-a-half during busy season
  
  
• Guaranteed Raises: $1/hr seasonal raise minimum (Feb/March)
  
  
• Weekly Pay and performance-based bonuses available
  
  

• Valid drivers license with clean driving record
  
  
• Strong communication skills and professional appearance
  
  
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in various conditions
  
  
• Leadership mindset detail-oriented and accountable
  
  
• Comfortable working with machinery and troubleshooting on site
  
  

• Power washing exterior cleaning painting landscaping or construction
  
  
• Customer-facing service or sales experience (upselling bonus)
  
  
• Prior crew leadership or team management is a major plus

• Window washing experience

• Starting at $23-25/hour based on experience
  
  
• Weekly pay
  
  
• Overtime available (5060 hours during busy season)

• Annual guaranteed raise of at least $1/hr
  
  

• Full-time or Part-time available
  
  
• Weekdays and nights work primarily with occasional weekend work
  
  
• Minimum 2 days off per week even with weekend work
