  • Were looking for a strategic and customer-focused leader to join our French team as a Senior Manager of Customer this role you will lead a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers passionate about Adobe Experience Cloud solutions within the dynamic digital marketing technology space. Your mission: to accelerate customer value drive retention and growth and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Your team of Customer Success Managers collaborate with Technical Account Managers and partners to offer strategic leadership for Adobes Ultimate Success offering. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about putting customers at the heart of business strategy.
  • What youll do
  • Champion customer-centric strategies to boost satisfaction retention and value across the customer lifecycle.
  • Lead and support CSMs through strategic engagement success planning and executive sponsorship.
  • Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to drive growth reduce churn and exceed NDR targets.
  • Use customer insights to craft strategy influence product direction and improve processes.
  • Nurture a high-performing innovative team culture through accountability continuous improvement and psychological safety.
  • Scale team capabilities through strategic hiring onboarding and capacity planning.
  • Ensure operational perfection through global initiatives cross-functional alignment and data-driven execution.
  • Qualifications
  • 7 years in Customer Success Account Management or Client Services including 3 years leading high-performing teams.
  • Experience in digital marketing martech or SaaS; background in Telco Media Travel or Entertainment is a plus.
  • Strong critical thinking collaborator management and executive communication skills.
  • Consistent record to build senior relationships and drive cross-functional results.
  • Skilled at leading through change developing teams and growing in fast-paced sophisticated environments with autonomy and accountability.
