Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Define and execute the MAS roadmap for backend AT; own ARCI change control and version/golden-copy management.
- Partner with IT on release pipelines environment readiness risk mitigation and incident management.
- Translate business objectives into clear specifications and user stories; prioritize backlog and drive adoption (super-user enablement).
- Design optimize and sustain MAS scheduling logic (dispatching Q-time controls line-prioritization); lead L2/L3 troubleshooting in production.
- Develop robust solutions using C# Python and SQL; implement data packages for flow & demand.
- Build validation tooling and dashboards; perform release KPI checks and performance tuning.
- Integrate with simulation/heuristics engines and coordinate cross-team integration tests.
- Act as the MAS SME and guide sites to build area-level SMEs (examples above; not limited to these) via OJT documentation and BKM capture.
- Track KPIs/ROI; communicate progress risks and strategic recommendations to sponsors and leadership; maintain decision logs.
