About The Opportunity

A fantastic opportunity exists for a Project Coordinator to join our Building Projects team in Sydney. This integral role is responsible for managing operational activities on the job including safety contractors compliance and profitable project delivery. This role will be responsible for supporting our Project Managers in developing establishing and maintaining theprojectmanagement framework and ensuring its compliance.

This integral role will provide you with the opportunity to join our supportive and collaborative team that delivers building projects to high-profile clients across broad market sectors.

Nature of the position: Permanent Full Time

Location: Sydney/ Sydney North

Keyresponsibilities

  • Acting as a support to the Project Managers and other stakeholders on key projects. Assisting with all facets of the project life cycle including scoping minor quoting scheduling/programming product procurement Purchasing Subcontractor co ordination.
  • Organize timely provision of project services to meet safety timeframes budget and quality requirements.
  • Monitor associated key performance indicators.
  • Manage client expectations through frequent accurate and timely updates and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
  • Follow company processes and procedures for working with contractors and assist in ensuring that all subcontractors have the necessary knowledge skills and competencies to deliver the operational requirements in line with Programmed HSE policies and procedures.
  • Ensures the safety of all people on our sites through our HSEQ policies and procedures.

About You

  • Current Drivers License
  • First-class stakeholder engagement and customer service skills
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
  • Tertiary qualification or working towards in Building/ Project management preferred
  • Competencies in the use of excel word project & outlook.
  • A strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others
