The Senior Analyst will play an instrumental role on the data and analytics team tasked with driving significant improvements to our finance and accounting function by identifying opportunities for

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analyst who is deeply passionate about analytics with an extensive background in finance and accounting. - Leading and executing complex financial analyses using modern analytics tools to identify trends forecast outcomes and support strategic decisionmaking.
- Developing implementing and maintaining models that enhance financial planning budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teamsincluding Finance Accounting and ITto deliver actionable business insights and automate workflows.
- Translating large volumes of financial data into clear concise reports and visualizations for executive leadership.
- Staying current with emerging trends in analytics and financial technologies to recommend innovative solutions for business challenges.
- Ensuring data integrity accuracy and compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Mentoring and supporting junior analysts fostering a culture of continuous learning and analytical excellence.
YourExperienceand Background include:
- Bachelors or masters degree in finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of recent experience in financial analysis accounting or a related analytical role within a large and complex organization.
- Demonstrated expertise in advanced analytics tools (e.g. Python R SQL Power BI Tableau Oracle Analytics).
- Demonstrated expertise with one or more financial consolidation systems (HFM
- OneStream etc.)
- Demonstrated expertise with one or more budgeting and planning systems (Oracle
- EPM Workday Adaptive Planning Anaplan etc.)
- Deep understanding of accounting principles financial modeling and reporting requirements.
