SaleCycle is redefining how brands convert engage and retain customers through AI-driven experiences across the entire customer journey.
Following our acquisition of BEYABLE in 2026 we now combine real-time onsite personalisation and intent scoring with offsite activation across email SMS and paid channels enabling brands to identify engage convert and re-engage customers with precision.

What we do

We provide a full-funnel Agentic Marketing Platform combining:

  • Real-time behavioural analytics and intent scoring

  • Onsite personalisation A/B testing and product recommendations

  • Cross-channel activation (email SMS paid media)

  • CRM/CDP integrations and first-party data orchestration

  • Retail media and monetisation capabilities

About the role


The Senior Account Executive sits at the centre of SaleCycles growth.
Working closely with the Head of New Business and CRO you will be responsible for creating and converting new enterprise opportunities driving revenue and shaping how we expand into new markets in Italy.
This is not a transactional sales role.
It requires the ability to open doors create demand and sell complex value to senior stakeholders.


What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close within your territory

  • Lead high-quality discovery and deliver compelling tailored product demonstrations

  • Position SaleCycle as a strategic partner not a point solution

  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline through proactive outbound activity and networking

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing Product and Customer Success to maximise deal success and customer outcomes

  • Engage with partners agencies and the wider ecosystem to generate new opportunities

  • Consistently deliver against revenue targets through a structured and disciplined approach



You are a great match if you:

  • Have 5 years of B2B sales experience ideally within martech SaaS or e-commerce in Italy

  • Are comfortable selling to enterprise brands and senior stakeholders

  • Fluent in Italian and English

  • Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and closing capability

  • Are proactive self-starting and comfortable operating in a high-growth environment

  • Have a strong understanding of the e-commerce and digital landscape

  • Can manage multiple opportunities with strong organisation and discipline

  • Are experienced using tools such as HubSpot LinkedIn Sales Navigator and modern prospecting platforms

  • Thrive in a collaborative team-oriented environment

Salary Range

For this position we offer a salary OTE between 100000 and 120000 gross per year note that bonus are uncapped.
