The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Hearing Care Assistant to join our clinic with a strong focus on ear wax removal services.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to move away from a high-pressure retail environment and work in a quality-driven patient-first clinic with the added opportunity to progress into Audiology long term.
Key Responsibilities
Perform ear wax removal using:o
Microsuction
Irrigation
(Manual techniques where appropriate)
Use ENT microscope equipment to deliver safe and precise treatment
Conduct hearing screenings
Support with hearing aid repairs and maintenance
Provide clear aftercare advice and reassurance to patients
Maintain accurate clinical records
