The Deposit Takers Act (DTA)representsa once in a generation transformation of Aotearoas deposit taking framework and we areworkingon a significant multiyear programme to bring this new regime to life.
As a Senior Analyst within our Enforcement functionyoullhelp shape the policies systems and tools that will strengthen the future of financial stability in New Zealand.In your roleyouwillconduct a thorough technical analysis ofRBNZs enforcement operationsandinvestigativeprocessesso as toadviseon and support theimplementation anddelivery ofincomingchangesunder theDTA includingthe new enforcement powers andtools itwillbring.

Tertiaryqualification in law economics finance or another enforcement related discipline.
At least 4 years of relevant professional experience in the fields of banking financial markets law or at other enforcement agencies.
Understanding of financial systems especially NZs banking and regulatory frameworks.
Experience working as part of a large complex change programme.
Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
