Job Summary

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AEM Project Manager to lead and manage end to end Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) projects including website enhancements content operations CMS migrations and multi team coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong AEM knowledge excellent project delivery skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across design development marketing and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

Lead and manage AEM-based web/content projects from initiation to delivery.
Drive planning scoping sprint execution timelines and delivery quality.
Manage project roadmaps resource allocation risks dependencies and escalations.
Conduct daily standups sprint reviews retrospectives and track JIRA boards.
Ensure all deliverables meet required standards timelines and acceptance criteria.

AEM Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate AEM authoring content publishing templates components usage.
Oversee AEM migration projects (version upgrades content migrations).
Work with content authors developers and UX teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Manage DAM assets workflows tagging and governance best practices.

Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary point of contact between business teams creative teams and technical teams.
Conduct weekly/monthly stakeholder meetings status updates and performance reviews.
Gather requirements define scope create user stories and ensure transparency in communication.

Operations & Quality Governance

Monitor KPIs SLAs productivity metrics and daily operations dashboards.
Support UAT cycles quality checks and defect tracking.
Maintain documentation-SOPs governance guides process flows project status reports.

Required Skills & Experience

5 years of experience managing AEM or CMS-based projects.
Strong understanding of AEM components templates workflows DAM and publishing.
Hands on experience using JIRA Confluence Workfront (good to have).
Strong project management skills Agile/Scrum methodology.
Excellent communication stakeholder handling and team coordination skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams (SEO Design DevOps Content QA).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
