We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead on-site operations for commercial construction projects in the Cleveland area. This is a leadership role focused on coordination execution and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all on-site construction activities from start to completion
Manage subcontractors schedules safety and quality control
Coordinate with project managers inspectors and stakeholders
Ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope
Maintain daily reports schedules and site documentation
Lead multiple crews and enforce site standards

Requirements

5 10 years of construction experience required
Strong experience with ground-up construction
Tenant improvement experience required
Experience working on healthcare or hospital projects
Experience managing large-scale projects (60000 sq ft)
Proven leadership and team management skills
Familiar with construction software and reporting tools
Knowledge of local codes and subcontractor network preferred

Compensation & Benefits

$70000 $120000 per year (based on experience)
