Job Summary
We are seeking a senior Heavy Civil Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure projects in the NYC market. This role requires strong expertise in heavy civil construction including excavation concrete and foundation systems with full responsibility from pre-construction through project closeout.
Key Responsibilities- Lead heavy civil projects from pre-construction to completion
- Oversee deep excavation and support of excavation (SOE) operations
- Manage heavy concrete work including mass pours and structural slabs
- Supervise pile drilling and pile driving activities
- Oversee waterproofing systems for below-grade structures
- Manage rock excavation and groundwater control operations
- Coordinate submittals RFIs scheduling and documentation
- Track projects using Bluebeam MS Project or P6
- Coordinate with owners engineers and subcontractors
- 10 years of Project Manager experience in NYC heavy civil construction
- Proven experience delivering large complex projects in NYC
- Strong expertise in deep excavation and SOE
- Experience with heavy concrete and superstructure work
- Pile drilling and pile driving experience
- Waterproofing and below-grade structure experience
- Rock excavation and dewatering experience
- Strong knowledge of submittals and RFIs
- Proficiency in Bluebeam and MS Project or P6
- Must be able to report to Staten Island office (vehicle required)
- Target salary: $175000/year (based on experience)
