Credit to Cash Analyst
Location: Mexico City (Supporting US and Canada)
Role Summary
Are you ready to drive financial excellence and lead the future of credit operations for North America As our Credit to Cash Analyst you will be the strategic heartbeat of the Cash Application and Deduction process overseeing a high-impact portfolio of $30M$50M for our US and Canada subsidiaries. You will partner closely with local finance teams and banking partners to ensure precision in promotions and pricing while advancing our digital transformation through automation. This role is a pivotal part of the CBS C2C function.
Responsibilities
Drive Operational Excellence: Manage end-to-end Cash Application and Deduction processes for a high-volume North American portfolio ensuring accuracy across all commercial deductions.
Optimize Financial Performance: Track key metrics and lead month-end closing activities to safeguard the P&L and minimize bad debt impacts.
Strategic Stakeholder Partnership: Act as the primary point of contact for Sales Supply Chain and local finance teams to resolve past-due balances and align on customer insights.
Advance Digital Innovation: Identify opportunities for process simplification and lead RPA/Bot initiatives to automate manual workflows and enhance efficiency.
Deliver Actionable Analytics: Prepares aging reports and analyzes customer payment history to identify root causes and improve 3-way matching accuracy.
Ensure Compliance and Control: Validate vendor compliance and track manual orders to maintain rigorous financial integrity and operational control.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration Economics or a related field.
Experience: 1 years of experience within Finance functional areas.
Language: Advanced English proficiency to support US and Canada operations.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Excel management.
Preferred Qualifications
Functional Expertise: Dedicated experience specifically within Credit to Cash processes.
Multilingual Skills: Intermediate to advanced Portuguese language skills.
Digital Mindset: Demonstrated interest or experience in process mapping and automation tools.
LIFT Principles: Strong Consumer/Customer Focus and Driving Innovation competencies.
