Job Summary
Potential Housing Available: Valley View has newly remodeled studio apartments available literally 1/2 block from the hospital for $1780/month (Studio) - $1990 (1-bedroom) includes Wi-Fi utilities on-site laundry room and fully furnished. No deposit just move in ready! Available to Travelers during their assignment based on availability. ***MUST have Hospital Case Management experience! EPIC experience REQUIRED! *** SCHEDULE: 3-12 hour shifts a week! This is a full-time day position with weekend rotation no call. GENERAL OBJECTIVES: Assists Valley View inpatients and outpatients and their families in the overall Management of their plan of care across the continuum. QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Minimum of 3 years RN Case Management Experience is required. Flu Vaccine required - no exemptions.
