- Prepare architectural drawings and comprehensive construction document sets for various development projects.
- Lead and coordinate the permitting process with local jurisdictions and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure all plans comply with Texas building codes zoning and project specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers engineers and construction teams from initial design through project completion.
- Revise and update architectural drawings based on feedback field conditions and permit review comments.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously maintaining accurate documentation and staying on schedule.
- Support early project planning and design development as needed.
- Utilize AutoCAD and other design tools (such as Revit SketchUp) proficiently.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Texas permitting procedures and building codes.
- Exhibit excellent organization communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
- Hold an active Texas Architect license (required).
- Adapt quickly to new technologies and project requirements.
