Job Summary
Role :IBM Maximo Specialist - Supply Chain and Procurement Automation
Location : Johnston Georgia
Job Description & Skill Requirement:
Analyze current procurement and supply chain processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements in Maximo
Design develop and maintain automated workflows in IBM Maximo for:
o RFQ (Request for Quotation) processes
o PR (Purchase Requisition) approvals
o PO (Purchase Order) creation and approvals
Configure and Optimize Maximo Inventory Control and procurement modules to support end-end auto-procurement of maintenance and spare parts
Build reorder point based workflows that triggers RFQs vendor selection approvals and PO generation
Work closely with cross-functional teams at customer site location to implement this automation
Develop documentation for workflows configurations procurement automation and SC best practices for customer
Provide overall technical leadership and project management
External Skills And Expertise
Experienced Maximo tool specialist to design develop and optimize automated workflows within the IBM Maximo platform with a strong focus on RFQ PR and PO processes/ auto-procurement enablement for spare parts. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in Maximo workflow development with a strong understanding of supply chain and procurement operations
