Atlassian / DevOps Functional Application Administrator (Medior)

Overview
We are looking for a Medior Functional Application Administrator with strong expertise in Atlassian tools and DevOps practices to support and optimize application environments within a digital transformation context. You will play a key role in managing applications improving workflows and supporting service management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Atlassian tools (e.g. Jira Jira Service Management)
• Evaluate applications and define maintenance or improvement strategies
• Design implement and optimize DevOps and service management processes
• Configure and customize workflows within Atlassian environments
• Plan and implement application and organizational changes
• Support Application Lifecycle Management including development and test environments
• Lead or contribute to improvement migration and maintenance projects
• Apply ITIL processes such as change and configuration management

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Functional Application Manager
• Proven experience with Atlassian suite administration and support
• Experience setting up DevOps and Service Management processes
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles and processes
• Experience evaluating applications and defining strategies
• Ability to plan and implement organizational and technical changes
• Technical degree (Bachelor/Master) or equivalent experience
• Dutch language proficiency at C2 level (mandatory)

Nice to Have

• Experience with Application Lifecycle Management
• Knowledge of Business Process Analysis
• Experience leading improvement or migration projects
• Advanced experience customizing Jira workflows
• Familiarity with Agile environments

Additional Details

• Part-time role (50%)
• Hybrid working model (minimum 1 day on-site per week)
• Contract until December 2026
