Job Summary

Salary:$55000 - $60000/year

Note: Candidate must havelaw firm experience and E-Billing Experience.

Our client is currently seeking a full time Billing Specialist. This position is responsible for managing and processing client bills with the attorneys and their staff utilizing the Firms billing platforms and facilitating electronic billing submissions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Coordinate with attorneys staff and clients to generate distribute edit and finalize legal bills through various billing formats including a paperless prebill software system.
Facilitate resolution of e-billing issues.
Prepare reports and materials necessary to track billings.
Maintain master client files in the Elite Legal Billing system.
Perform additional billing duties as assigned by the Billing Manager or Regional Office Manager.
