You lead a structured product organization composed of Product Leads and Product Owners with a clear mission:

YOUR PROFILE
Experience
10 years of experience inProduct Data Analytics or AAleadership roles
Proven background inlarge complex international organizationscomparable in scale to a global FMCG group
Strong experience inroadmap ownership portfoliomanagementand budget steering
Keyskills
Strong business acumenandvaluedrivenmindset
Solid product culture (discovery delivery value management) master Agile methodology (SCRUM)
High technical sensitivity enabling effective dialogue with Data & IT teams
Strong command ofprojectproductand portfolio management practices
