About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic SEO & Presales professional who can drive end-to-end SEO execution while actively supporting business growth through presales activities. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SEO strategy team handling and client-facing proposal creation along with the ability to convert opportunities into long-term engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of SEO executives; provide training mentoring and performance reviews
- Design and execute comprehensive SEO strategies (On-page Off-page & Technical)
- Conduct keyword research competitor analysis and detailed SEO audits
- Drive client communication reporting and performance discussions
- Create SEO proposals pitch decks audits and strategy roadmaps for presales
- Collaborate with sales/business teams during client pitches and solutioning
- Identify growth opportunities and contribute to revenue generation
- Oversee ORM ASO and YouTube SEO initiatives
- Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics Search Console SEMrush Ahrefs etc.
- Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends
Requirements:
- 5 years of hands-on SEO experience with at least 1 year in a leadership/mentorship role
- Strong expertise in On-page Off-page and Technical SEO
- Proven experience in presales proposal creation and client handling
- Hands-on knowledge of ORM ASO and YouTube SEO
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush Ahrefs Screaming Frog Google Search Console and Google Analytics
- Understanding of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms like WordPress
- Strong analytical strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment
