Job Title: Team Lead-Sales
Location: Hitech City Hyderabad (Near Metro Station)
Key Responsibilities
Team Management
- Lead and manage a team of telecallers/sales executives.
- Monitor daily calling activities and team productivity.
- Motivate and guide the team to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions.
Sales & Target Achievement
- Ensure achievement of daily weekly and monthly team targets.
- Track lead conversions and improve sales performance.
- Maintain sales reports MIS and productivity dashboards.
- Handle escalations and support team closures.
Training & Coaching
- Train new and existing telecallers on sales pitch and communication.
- Conduct call audits and improvement sessions.
- Improve objection-handling and conversion skills.
CRM & Process Handling
- Ensure proper CRM updates and lead management.
- Coordinate with management for campaign execution and reporting.
- Improve calling scripts and sales processes for better conversion.
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in telecalling sales/team handling
Hindi speaking is compulsory
Experience managing target-driven sales teams
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets
Knowledge of CRM and reporting systems
Preferred Skills
- Hindi & English communication preferred
- Bengali speaking is an added advantage
- Experience in BPO/telecalling/sales operations preferred
