Job Summary

Job Title: Team Lead-Sales

Location: Hitech City Hyderabad (Near Metro Station)

Key Responsibilities

Team Management

  • Lead and manage a team of telecallers/sales executives.
  • Monitor daily calling activities and team productivity.
  • Motivate and guide the team to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions.

Sales & Target Achievement

  • Ensure achievement of daily weekly and monthly team targets.
  • Track lead conversions and improve sales performance.
  • Maintain sales reports MIS and productivity dashboards.
  • Handle escalations and support team closures.

Training & Coaching

  • Train new and existing telecallers on sales pitch and communication.
  • Conduct call audits and improvement sessions.
  • Improve objection-handling and conversion skills.

CRM & Process Handling

  • Ensure proper CRM updates and lead management.
  • Coordinate with management for campaign execution and reporting.
  • Improve calling scripts and sales processes for better conversion.

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in telecalling sales/team handling
Hindi speaking is compulsory
Experience managing target-driven sales teams
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets
Knowledge of CRM and reporting systems

Preferred Skills

  • Hindi & English communication preferred
  • Bengali speaking is an added advantage
  • Experience in BPO/telecalling/sales operations preferred
