We are seeking a highly motivated experienced Administrator for the Ohu Tāngata People and Performance Team. Based in Thames the Kaiwhakarite Pūnamawa Tangata Human Resource Administrator is responsible for the administration and coordination of the Human Resource function.
Employment Status: Fixed Term for 6 months (June to December) to cover parental leave 40 hours per week/1.0 FTE
Key responsibilities include:
- Accurate administration maintenance and coordination of the organisational Human Resource Information System (BambooHR) to ensure data accuracy is maintained and that the provision of support and/or advice to kaimahi is proactive practical prompt and in keeping with current HR theory/practice and employment laws.
- Supporting the Poukura Tāngata (Manager People and Performance) in ensuring organisational policies procedures and processes are compliant with current legislation and good employer obligations.
- The provision of constructive and substantive support to the Poukura Tāngata and the wider Ohu Tāngata team.
- Assisting with organisational projects and initiatives as required.
