As our Slots Marketing Manager you will own the national marketing strategy for electronic gaming; working across product suppliers venues and central marketing to grow NGR elevate presentation and make Grosvenor Casinos the first choice for Slots customers.
This is a role for marketers who are hands on commercially sharp and passionate about gaming especially Slots! Someone who understands the player mindset knows how to build compelling campaigns and is excited about the competitiveness of the landscape.

What Youll Be Doing
- Creating campaigns end to end from concept to execution across multiple channels
- Developing monthly marketing activity around new games jackpots seasonal moments
- Partnering with CRM PR Social & Venue Ops to deliver consistently great messaging
- Shaping supplier marketing and copromotions aligning with product launches
- Driving brand consistency across egaming assets and in venue presentation
- Generating insight driven plans to attract new customers
- Owning forecasting budgeting and ROI analysis for promotions
- Ensuring activity is compliant with regulation and safer gambling guidelines
Qualifications :
What You Bring
- Minimum 3 years marketing experience with demonstrable campaign ownership
- Knowledge or passion for slot machines etables or electronic gaming
- Strong stakeholder skills including suppliers and operational teams
- Commercial mindset with the ability to read performance and adjust strategy
- Experience in multi site or high volume consumer brands (advantageous)
- Creative energy with attention to detail and a hands on attitude
- Resilience problem solving and the confidence to own a high impact category
