Job Summary

We are seeking a Solutions Architect with a deep technical background in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform to join our team. This is a critical client-facing role that sits at the intersection of business discovery and technical strategy.

In this position you will move beyond standard pre-sales demonstrations to act as a primary technical advisor translating intricate business requirements into scalable high-performance architectures across the Microsoft stack.

This role is designed for a practitioner who enjoys the discovery phase of a project as much as the architecture itself. You will lead the technical narrative during the early stages of the client lifecycle ensuring that the solutions proposed are not only innovative but technically viable and aligned with long-term governance.

As a Pre-Sales Architect you wont just be talking techyoull be a trusted advisor. You will lead discovery sessions design sophisticated architectures and deliver compelling demonstrations that showcase the transformative power of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Design: Lead the architectural design of end-to-end solutions ensuring they are robust scalable and aligned with client business objectives.
  • Pre-Sales Leadership: Partner closely with the sales team to lead technical discovery RFPs/RFIs and high-level estimations.
  • Proof of Concepts (PoC): Build and present impactful prototypes and tailored demos that resonate with stakeholders from IT to the C-suite.
  • Technical Strategy: Stay ahead of the Microsoft roadmap advising clients on how to leverage AI (Copilot) Dataverse and emerging Power Platform features.
  • Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical jargon into clear business value for non-technical audiences.

Qualifications :

  • Deep Expertise: Proven experience architecting solutions within Dynamics 365 CE (Sales Service Marketing) and the Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI Power Pages). Ideally having worked on Contact Centre also
  • The Pre-Sales Edge: A track record of supporting successful sales cycles through technical influence and relationship building.
  • Integration Knowledge: Strong understanding of Azure integration services Dataverse and the wider Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Communication: Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to tell a story through technology.
  • Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g. PL-600 MB-600) are highly regarded.
