ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
o At least 3-5 years of Experience configuring and implementing SF COMP
o HR Domain Experience of Minimum 2 years Preferred
o Should have handled at least 1 Implementation Project and 2 Support Projects
o Required: Certified in SuccessFactors Compensation
o Work as SME and Product Owner for SF - Compensation which has core responsibilities of E2E delivery consisting of design configuration build testing and deployment to ensure flawless implementation.
o Coach and mentor new hires and work with them on the Knowledge transfer process to bring them upto speed on all comp processes
o Collaborate with the Comp CoE in macro planning and forecasting of annual incentive budgets
o Assist with internal quality assurance/compliance reviews as required
o Manage Compensation and Benefits including Rewards and Recognition
o Approve R&R awards basis FSS/Service area specific guidelines
o Ensure the awards are processed accurately as per the instructions from the Business Advisors/Interim approvers
o Administer & Support Partner Earnings & Payment System for Unit Allocation process
o Maintain high level of accuracy on all reporting/Analysis
o Org unit monthly/quarterly review with Business advisors Create and append process SOPs
o Participate and contribute in the Annual compensation planning exercise
o Gather business requirements from the business community and define the SAP configuration settings Master data setup and/or business process changes to satisfy the requirements
o Work with business users and other Information Services personnel in the application development area in a cross-functional team environment to pursue and accomplish business critical projects and provide guidance on prioritization
o Apply systems development methodologies to install modify maintain test and document new software or configuration/software changes.
o Coordinate with other system analysts and other SAP functional leads when changes have a cross-functional impact
o Experience in Solution Design in preparing the functional specification and technical specifications independently.
o Perform second-level support for SAP How to questions which cant be answered by a team of SAP Super Users within the business community
o Troubleshoot problems with the SAP system interact with external SAP support groups to find solutions and oversee the testing and implementation of fixes or workarounds
o Serve as part of the team to develop project plans and budget estimates and lead project activities to accomplish agreed upon goals
o Experience in Human Resources processes such as Core HR Data Management Performance Compensation
o Experience implementing or participating in the implementation of talent management platforms and/or core HR platforms
o Experience with data analysis including translations and transformations of a data set.
o Delivery of training and upskilling of team
o Must prepare the Request for proposal based on clients initial requirements
o Previous experience with multi-national multi-site multi-state and multi-functional organizations
o Working knowledge of Role Based Permission assignments
o Working knowledge of Story Reports/Workforce Analytics

o Ability to troubleshoot the issues raised by the client
o Ability to decode the functional design to resolve the issue
o Ability to work on enhancements by gathering requirements from the client

o Ability to create test plans and test scripts for upgrades and patches
o Project management skills strong understanding of Agile
o Good organizational skills with an ability to work on own initiative
o Ability to multitask and collaborate with technical and non-technical staff
o Drive the user experience o self-service to the HR and non-HR Community
