About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented German-Speaking Sales Specialist to join an international team based in Varna Bulgarias vibrant Sea Capital offering a fantastic quality of life along the Black Sea coast. You will be responsible for engaging with German-speaking customers understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions while driving sales performance and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer contacts via phone email or chat from German-speaking clients
- Identify customer needs and recommend the most appropriate products or services
- Actively pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue
- Consistently achieve and surpass individual sales targets and performance indicators
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM system
- Cooperate with team leaders and colleagues to uphold and continuously improve service standards
Requirements
- Fluent German (C1/C2 level) spoken and written
- Communicative level of English
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Strong sales orientation with a proactive and positive attitude
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven fast-paced environment
- Experience in sales or customer service is an advantage but not a requirement
