You will also deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction ensuring Inchcape Retail is the most customer centric automotive retailer in Australia.
What youll do
Completejobsallocatedby the Workshop Controller.
Advise the Workshop Controllerimmediatelyof issues that mayimpactyou completingallocatedjobs within the requiredtimeframes.
Prior tocommencinga service read the RO to ensure you are aware of what needs to be completed and liaise with the Service Advisor if there are concerns.
Clock on and off ROs electronically so service records and accuracy of productivity and efficiency data can bemaintained.
Road test all vehicles prior to jobcommencingand after job completion noting any areas of concern.
Diagnose and fix any technical problems with the vehicle consulting the Foreman or Workshop Controller of any issues.
About you to be successful in this role you will be:
Previousexperience in an automotive technician position
Knowledge of the Automotive Industry
Experience working within a Team Environment
Automotive Trade Technician Certificate
Knowledge or experience working on the specific Brand of Vehicle
