About the role

Were looking for an enthusiastic ITC Systems Technician to join our ICT Support Service Desk team delivering frontline ICT support to City staff.

In this hands-on role youll troubleshoot issues support users and contribute to system improvements across a diverse ICT environment. Youll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure technology enables exceptional service delivery.

About you

You are a motivated ICT professional who enjoys being part of a busy hands-on Service Desk team and helping others resolve technology issues. You bring solid technical foundations a customerfirst mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced support environment.
