Job Summary

At Servco Kona we provide top notch service to our customers! Apply and be the primary point of contact for our customers in getting their service needs completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Greetand check in service customers and conduct vehicle walk-around

ScansVIN with iPad and checks current mileage

Open repair order and review appointment lines with customer

Review and update customer information with customer

Identifythe conditionof the vehicletake photos of the vehicle with theiPadand notate damageson the Digital WalkAroundSheet.

Run parts to theServiceTechniciansas needed

Shuttle service customers back home or to work location and pick-up and drive them back to the service facility when vehicle is done

Also provides coverage whenthe existingshuttle driver is unavailable

Secure vehicles and ensure all doors and windows are locked

Shuttle vehicles pending pre-delivery inspection between service and sales lots

Required Experience:

Junior IC
